3.1 To access the full features of the fchai Platform, you must register a player account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Philippine mobile number.
3.2 One Account Policy. Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) fchai account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, names, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3.3 You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change. fchai is not responsible for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
3.4 fchai reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.
3.5 By registering, you confirm that you are not acting on behalf of any third party and that all funds deposited into your fchai account are from legitimate sources.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your fchai account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person.
4.2 You agree to notify fchai immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. fchai will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials.
4.3 fchai strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. 2FA provides an additional layer of security by requiring a one-time code sent to your registered Philippine mobile number in addition to your password.
4.4 fchai will never ask you to provide your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from fchai that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
5.1 Currency. All transactions on the fchai Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). Amounts displayed on the Platform are in PHP unless otherwise stated.
5.2 Accepted Payment Methods. fchai accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and bank transfer through major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to eligible Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted.
5.3 Prohibited Payment Methods. fchai does not accept deposits or process withdrawals via cryptocurrency of any kind, or via credit cards for gambling purposes, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.
5.4 Minimum Transactions. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within your fchai account dashboard and are subject to change. fchai reserves the right to adjust minimum transaction thresholds at any time with reasonable notice.
5.5 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your name. fchai may require identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests are subject to review and may be delayed if fchai has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity or a breach of these Terms.
5.6 Anti-Money Laundering. fchai complies with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and regulations. fchai reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate authorities and to freeze or close accounts where money laundering is suspected.
6.1 fchai may offer bonuses, free credits, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is made.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games will be specified in the promotion's individual terms.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. fchai reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or promotional credit where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using automated software to meet wagering requirements, or colluding with other players.

11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, fchai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.
11.2 fchai's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your fchai account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 fchai does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. fchai will use reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude fchai's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
12.1 fchai collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
12.2 fchai implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data, including SSL encryption, password hashing, and access controls. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
12.3 fchai will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and fraud prevention services as required by law or as necessary to operate the Platform.
13.1 fchai reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. 14.3 fchai operates within the regulatory framework of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Regulatory complaints may be directed to PAGCOR through its official channels.
